Authorizes a change order with Humanitarian Social Innovations in the amount of $50,000 - $25,000 for 2020 and $25,000 for 2021 - ($25,000 was already budgeted to My Brother's Keeper in 2019). Funds will support the mission, programs, and services of My Brother's Keeper.
