Mr. Hill made a motion, seconded by Ms. Balog, that the Board go into executive
session. All present voted in the affirmative and the motion passed.

session. All present voted in the affirmative and the motion passed.
Atty Caputo stated that Officer Mertz’s disability application would be amended
to include an application for work-related disability as well as nonwork-related
disability.
Mr. Hill made a motion, seconded by Mr. Gress, that consideration of Officer
Mertz’s disability application be tabled until IMX reports are received. All present
voted in the affirmative and the motion passed.
