ROLL CALL  
The special meeting of the Board of Managers for the Allentown Paid  
Firemen’s Pension Fund Association was called to order by Mr. O’Neill on  
the abovementioned date at 11:12am. Attendance was taken, and a  
quorum was present.

Seth O’Neill, President  
John Stribula, Fire Representative  
Mayor O’Connell  
Jeff Glazier, Controller as Secretary  
Efrain Agosto, Fire Chief  
Tim Bruce, Fire Representative  
Board members absent:

Jeremy Warmkessel, IAFF President  
Mark Kresge, Sr.  
APPROVAL OF MINUTES  
A motion to approve the minutes of September 14, 2021 was made by Mr.  
O’Neill and seconded by Mayor O’Connell. All present voted in the  
affirmative and the motion passed.

OLD BUSINESS  
Mark Kresge Sr. disability pension application.  
Mr. Stribula moved, seconded by Mr. Bruce, that Dr. Battista be replaced  
by Dr. Brislin as a Board approved Dr. to examine Mr. Kresge. All present  
voted in the affirmative and the motion passed.  
Mr. Stribula moved, seconded by Mr. Bruce, that Mr. Kresege’s retirement  
be designated as a disability retirement under section 145.20 of the paid  
Fireman’s Pension Fund ordinance. All present voted in the affirmative and  
the motion passed.

A motion to adjourn was made by Mayor O’Connell and seconded by Mr.  
Stribula. Adjournment occurred at 11:24am.
