ROLL CALL  
The quarterly meeting of the Board of Managers for the Allentown Paid  
Firemen’s Pension Fund Association was called to order by Mr. O’Neill on the  
abovementioned date at 9:11am. Attendance was taken, and a quorum was  
present.  
Board members present:  
Seth O’Neill, President  
John Stribula, Fire Representative  
Mayor O’Connell  
Jeff Glazier, Controller as Secretary  
Efrain Agosto, Fire Chief  
Tim Bruce, Fire Representative  
Board members absent:  
None

APPROVAL OF MINUTES  
The minutes of the May 18, 2021 meeting need to be approved. (Meeting  
notes from 8/17/21 were misplaced and Granicus failed to record.  
Approval of May 18, 2021 minutes was the only business transacted.)  
Mayor O’Connell moved and Mr. Glazier seconded a motion to approve the  
minutes of May 18,2021. All present voted in the affirmative except for Mr.  
Stribula who voted in the negative. The motion passed.  
PENSION REQUESTS  
None  
PENSIONS APPROVED BY WRITTEN VOTE  
A motion to approve Michael Barron’s pension of $71,236.71 annually was  
made by Mr. O’Neill and seconded by Chief Agosto. All present voted in  
the affirmative and the motion passed.  
A motion to approve Mark Kresge, Sr’s pension of $77,535.07 annually  
was made by Mr. Glazier and seconded by Mr. Bruce. All present voted in  
the affirmative and the motion passed.  
A motion to approve James Kutz’s pension of $49,663.54 annually was  
made by Mr. Bruce and seconded by Mr. Stribula. All present voted in the  
affirmative and the motion passed.  
A motion to approve Peter Zondlo’s pension payout of $34,708.82 was  
made by Mayor O’Connell and seconded by Mr. Stribula. All present voted  
in the affirmative and the motion passed.
