ROLL CALL

The quarterly meeting of the Officers’ and Employees’ Retirement Board of

the Employees’ Retirement and Pension System was called to order by Mr.

O’Neill on the above mentioned date at 9:05 am. Attendance was taken

and a quorum was present.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

A motion to approve the minutes of the May 19, 2020 meeting was made

by Mayor O’Connell and seconded by Mr. Glazier. All present voted in the

affirmative and the motion passed.
