Mr. Glenn Hunsicker asked about the Project Number, 1882. He stated
that they are amending and transfer funds within the development capital
project. Is that the same project? He asked if they are going to transfer
funds within the project. What was this number going to be used for
originally. What percentage of the project is done right now?
Ms. Mandy Tolino stated that it is the same project. It was a construction
company. It would have been given to the construction company to do part
of the project. It will be used for that instead it will be used for supplies for
the city to do the work. It is not any new funding. It is funding that is already
there. It is just changing it from one into another. There are two Phases.
Phase I is almost complete and Phase II is in the future.
Mr. Michael Hanlon stated that they are taking money from a contract
account and putting it into an equipment account so that Parks and
Recreation can install the lights.
Mr. Glenn Hunsicker stated that he saw that. He is just trying to follow the
money. Does the city have enough money to complete Phase I.
Ms. Mandy Tolino stated that this is the loose ends of the project. It is not
additional money.
Ms. Ce Ce Gerlach stated that they are not voting on this. She asked if
there were any additional questions from the public.

Ms. Ce Ce Gerlach asked if there were any comments.
Ms. Mandy Tolino stated that she does not have anything to add. This is
pretty straight forward. It is to complete what's needed to construct the
Irving pool. This is the last piece of the puzzle to make that project move
forward and enter the construction Phase.
Ms. Ce Ce Gerlach asked if there were any questions from the dais or the
public.
