The quarterly meeting of the Officers’ and Employees’ Retirement Board of  
the Employees’ Retirement and Pension System was called to order by  
Mayor Tuerk on the above mentioned date at 9:18 a.m. Attendance was  
taken and a quorum was present.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES  
A motion to approve the minutes of the 21 February 2023 meeting was  
made by Mr. Glazier and seconded by Ms. Patel. All present voted in the  
affirmative and the motion passed.
