ROLL CALL  
The quarterly meeting of the Board of Managers for the Allentown Paid  
Firemen’s Pension Fund Association was called to order by Secretary Glazier  
on the abovementioned date at 9:14 a.m. Attendance was taken, and a quorum  
was present.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES  
A motion to approve the minutes of February 21 & March 23, 2023 was made by  
Mr. Bruce and seconded by Chief Agosto. All present voted in the affirmative.  
The motion passed and the minutes were approved.

PENSION REQUESTS  
None  
PENSIONS APPROVED BY WRITTEN VOTE  
Mayor Tuerk moved that Mr. Gostonyi’s pension of $52,370.16/yr be approved.  
Mr. Bruce seconded the motion. All present voted in the affirmative and the  
motion passed.  
Chief Agosto moved that Mr. Gauntner’s pension of $59,590.07/yr be approved.  
Mayor Tuerk seconded the motion. All present voted in the affirmative and the  
motion passed.
