ROLL CALL  
A meeting of the Allentown Police Pension Fund Association was called to  
order by Secretary Glazier on the above stated date at 9:05 a.m.  
Attendance was taken, and a quorum was present.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES  
AC Gress moved that minutes of the February 21, 2023 meeting be  
approved. Ms. Balog seconded the motion. All present voted in the  
affirmative and the motion passed.

PENSIONS APPROVED BY WRITTEN VOTE  
AC Gress moved that David McDonald’s pension of $85,672.23/yr be  
approved. Officer Koons seconded the motion. All present voted in the  
affirmative and the motion passed.  
Officer Koons moved that Michael Bramble’s pension payout of $3,495.99  
be approved. Ms. Balog seconded the motion. All present voted in the  
affirmative and the motion passed.  
Officer Koons moved that Merveille Mvindu’s pension payout of $1,460.36  
be approved. AC Gress seconded the motion. All present voted in the  
affirmative and the motion passed.  
Officer Koons moved that David O’Neill’s pension payout of $3,129.54 be  
approved. AC Gress seconded the motion. All present voted in the  
affirmative and the motion passed.
