The quarterly meeting of the Board of Trustees for the Aggregated Pension  
Trust Fund was called to order by President Patel on the above date at 9:13am,  
attendance was taken, and a quorum was present.

Pat Wing reviewed the performance report and  
Mr. Stribula moved to extend the Fire pension fund bond ladder to 2027, as  
noted on page 9 of the discussion materials. Mr. Bruce seconded the motion.  
All present voted in the affirmative and the motion was passed.  
Ms. Balog moved to extend the Police pension fund bond ladder to 2027, as  
noted on page 11 of the discussion materials. Officer Kiskeravage seconded  
the motion. All present voted in the affirmative and the motion was passed.  
Ms. Balog moved to extend the O&E pension fund bond ladder to 2028, as  
noted on page 13 of the discussion materials. Mr. Weiss seconded the motion.  
All present voted in the affirmative and the motion was passed.
