Sponsors:
Ms. Cynthia Mota thanked Mr. Hanlon and asked Mr. Zucal to explain the
proposal.
Mr. Ed Zucal stated that the purpose of tonight's meeting was to discuss
Bill 16 that was brought and requested to Council to have a Special
Meeting on. Part 2 of that meeting was going to be discussing the
proposed amendment that he came up with. In lieu of the current Section I,
however, having discussed and having a conversation with Councilman
Siegel who was the original sponsor of Bill 16, it is his understanding the
he wishes to make a motion with regards to Bill 16.
Mr. Joshua Siegel stated that is correct Councilman Zucal, that he would
like to make a motion to postpone Bill 16 indefinitely.
