ROLL CALL
The quarterly meeting of the Board of Managers for the Allentown Paid
Firemen’s Pension Fund Association was called to order by Ms. Patel on the
above-mentioned date at 9:05am. Attendance was taken, and a quorum was
present.

Bina Patel, Treasurer
Tim Bruce, Fire Representative
Jeff Glazier, Controller as Secretary

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion to approve the minutes of August 19, 2025 was made by Mr. Stribula
and seconded by Mr. Bruce. All present voted in the affirmative. The motion
passed and the minutes were approved.
