ROLL CALL  
A meeting of the Allentown Police Pension Fund Association was called to  
order by Mayor Tuerk on the above stated date at 9:09 a.m. Attendance  
was taken, and a quorum was present.  
Board members present:

APPROVAL OF MINUTES  
AC Gress moved that the minutes of the August 15, 2023 meeting be  
approved. Officer Koons seconded the motion. All present voted in the  
affirmative and the minutes were approved.

WRITTEN PENSION REQUESTS  
Ms. Balog moved that Officer Ryan Liscke’s return of pension contributions  
in the amount of $22,089.54 be approved. Officer Koons seconded the  
motion. All present voted in the affirmative and the motion was approved.  
AC Gress moved that Officer Zachary Bubnis’ return of military buy back  
payment be approved in the amount of $42,871.33. Officer Koons second  
the motion. All present voted in the affirmative and the motion was  
approved.

Craig Koppel, 9 months of military service, $3,549.89.

PENSION REVISIONS  
Richard Boyer, deceased 9/28/23, spouse survives, $15,378.31  
Jenith Flex, pension stopped 8/25/23 via board action, $49,861.27

Officer Koon advised the Board that there are issues with “zero time” and  
its effects on pension vesting and contributions. He requested the Board  
and administration work together on the issues.

Hendricks and seconded by Ms. Balog.
