1. Project Reports  
Bryne Heffner reported on the following:  
Parks Master Plan Deliverables include site plan at Fountain, Bucky  
Boyle & Roosevelt, next Meeting is on Line January 22nd.  
Bogert’s Bridge-Continuing with design, permitting, bid opening Apr  
2025, Const 2025-26.  
Dixon Bridge, Bid opens in December, construction to start mid  
April 2025.  
Roosevelt Park Working on moving money to complete demo and  
to pavilion.  
Jordan Skate Pk, Phase 2, Construction to begin mid April 2025.  
MLK Trail working on design, $250,000 grant received, need  
significantly more funding, also applied for grant for design of phase  
ll to connect to Cedar, will hear in the fall. Additional funding from  
Senator Miller for design Phase 2.  
Rose Garden- DCED Miller/Schlossberg- Stone repairs at Gazebo  
and entrance stairs, upgraded pavilion at Rose Garden #2.  
Valenia Pk, Working on history sign.  
Working on Swim Lesson Grant.

Mandy Tolino Director reported on the following:  
New Partnership will follow New Master Plan when finalized.  
Final Walking night for Lights in the Parkway re-scheduled for  
tonight.  
C. Hendricks reported on the following:  
Aquatic seasonal staff, most will return.  
Winter Basketball starts this weekend with partnership with PAL, will  
start with Skills & Drills than games will follow, all will be Executive  
Education with 100 kids in 2 groups.  
ASD Lights on Program lingering.  
Winter Volleyball will be at Trexler Middle School.
