A meeting of the Allentown Police Pension Fund  
Association was called to order by Ms. Patel on the  
above stated date at 9:08am. Attendance was taken,  
and a quorum was present.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES  
Officer Kiskeravage moved that the minutes of August 19 and  
October 30, 2025, be approved. Ms. Balog seconded the motion. All  
present voted in the affirmative and the minutes were approved.

DISABILITY PENSION REQUEST

Officer Kiskeravage moved that Drs Brennan and Fischbein’s diagnoses be  
accepted by the pension board for purpose of Officer Cody Mullins’ disability.  
The motion was seconded by Officer Faust. All present voted in the affirmative  
and the motion passed.  
Officer Kiskeravage moved to award a disability pension to Officer Mullins in the  
amount of $53,271.15/yr (This amount is an estimate and will be adjusted when  
there is a final pension number). Officer Faust seconded the motion and as all  
present voted in the affirmative the motion passed.
