Amending the 2021 General Fund budget by transferring Four Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Dollars and Ninety Cents ($446,470.90) from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund to the Fire, EMS and Human Resource Departments for related COVID-19 expenses. In 2020 the City was awarded a COVID-19 grant from the County of Lehigh in the amount of $1.9M.
