Council tabled Mr. Jennings appointment to the Housing Authority at the last council meeting contingent upon getting information about federal tax forms – the 990 – and policies related to that filing because of issues brought up by Mr. Whitney. Mr. Jennings has informed council that the 990 forms will be revised to comply with existing policies at the time, his board is reviewing the policy relating to who receives grants, and an independent examination of the practice – as requested by Mr. Jennings – is being done by the Pa. Department of Community and Economic Development.
