Amending Article 507 (Traffic control Maps) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Allentown. The request is from the Administration. The Administration is authorized to establish and evaluate traffic regulations for a temporary period not to exceed 90 days. This legislation makes the temporary changes permanent.

Amending the 2021 Capital Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Thirty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Twelve Dollars and Thirty-four Cents ($32,912.34). This was the result of payment in lieu of tree plantings from Barnes Land Development LLC., Haldeman Ford Lincoln, Inc., City Center Investment Corp., St. Luke’s Health Network, North Star Construction Management, The Waterfront Corporation, and Allentown Parking Authority. Funds will be used for the purchase of new street trees. | | |
