Amending the 2015 General Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of $58,050, reflecting a Department of Justice Grant 2015-DJ-BX-0718 for $ 58,050 for the Allentown Police Department ($ 50,080) and Lehigh County Regional Crime Center ($ 7,970.00). The funds are to be used for the purchase of a Focus 3D-X130 scanner to be utilized by the City's Traffic Reconstruction Team and Identification Unit for crime scene processing.
