Amending the 2023 Capital Fund Budget to provide for a transfer of Two Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Three Hundred and Forty-Six Dollars and Ninety-One Cents ($265,346.91) from the Automatic Meter Reading and Bill capital account to the Administrative Order capital account. This will allow the Administrative Order (AO) fund to have the additional funds needed to complete the City’s requirements under the Concession Lease Agreement.
