The Mayor proposed only changing the Grants Coordinator to an 11 N; someone would need to make this motion.
I move to amend Bill 43 by changing the Grants Coordinator to a 11N (removing all reference to the Manager of Strategic Initiatives) and keep the Executive Assistant at 11N.
Amending the 2023 General Fund budget to accommodate two title changes and a reorganization of positions to allow the Mayor’s office to operate more efficiently and prepare for future project work.The General Fund budget be amended by changing the titles of the Grants Coordination Manager (14N) to Manager of Strategic Initiatives (14N) and the Executive Assistant (11N) to Grants Coordinator (11N).
