Amending the 2023 Capital Fund Budget to provide for a transfer of Fifty-Four Thousand ($54,000.00) Dollars from the Street Lighting Upgrade (2008) capital accounts to a newly created capital account to cover the match funds needed for a grant. The match funds will cover the purchase of upgraded lighting for this project.
