Approves two transfers: (1) $39,000.00 from CED - HUD to move funds from the 40 to 46 for new Contract Services for Jordan Skatepark; (2) $16,950.00 from Parks and Recreation since the Golf Course is in need of the VC 60 attachment with double roller and carbide tip blades to remove thatch on greens and tees and improve drainage.
