An Ordinance providing for the expenditure of Two Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Twelve Dollars and Ten Cents ($282,512.10) in Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), unspent funds for the January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 grant year, for housing and community development programs pursuant to the approved Consolidated Plan, appropriate Federal Law and United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations. The monies are received by the City of Allentown under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1976, as amended; The Homeless Emergency Assistance and Rapid Transition to Housing Act of 2009; and Title II of the National Affordable Housing Act of 1990, as amended; for the purpose of undertaking programs of housing and community development within the City.
