Approves an amended contract on a contract previously bid with Barton and Loguidice for $13,628.31 for site monitoring as a result of a 1999 agreement on a superfund site dealing with garbage disposal, the contract would extend to September 30, 2023, this is the city share and a result of prior settlements and agreements.
