Amending the 2021 General Fund budget to create One (1) additional position of Community Health Nurse (11N) in the Allentown Health Bureau (AHB). This position and related expenses will be covered by a One Hundred Thousand ($100,000) Dollar donation from St. Luke’s Physician Group, Inc. to assist the Allentown School District in becoming a Vaccines for Children Provider (VFC).
