Authorization for the continued engagement of Henry the Dentist amending a previous contract previously bid, there is no cost to the City provided there is a minimum of 15 patients per day and if the daily minimum is not met, the City is charged a fee of $350 for each patient under the minimum, not to exceed a daily sum of $1,750.
