Amending the Environmental Advisory Council by adding to the Purpose of the Council, changing the appointment process to reflect authority under the Home Rule Charter giving the Mayor the appointment authority, allowing the Environmental Advisory Council to elect their Chair, establishing a city councilperson as a liaison to the Council, adding to the Powers and Duties, and requiring minutes to be posted on the City website.
