Authorization for change order with Fourth Economy Consulting, Inc. in the amount of $35,020 - the initial contract was approved in July of 2018 for $176,116 to assist in preparing Vision 2030 - the increase would be a result of changing the scope of work to include a Housing Analysis identifying current and future housing needs. The study would be conducted in September 2020. The current contract expires December 31, 2020, this would extend the contract to March 31, 2021.
