Amending the 2019 Capital Fund Budget and the 2019 General Fund by transferring One Hundred Forty-One Thousand ($141,000) Dollars from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund to Capital Project 2400 – Blight Removal and Remediation to return funds that were transferred from the Capital Fund to the General Fund in 2017 and not used for their original intended purpose.
