Amending the 2019 Capital Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Fifty Thousand ($50,000) Dollars as the result of a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for the payment of professional services to design, complete construction documents, provide bid assistance and build a portion of the Allentown section of the Jordan Creek Greenway Trail that will run from Turner St. to Jordan Park and MacArthur Rd.
