Amending the 2019 Capital Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand ($250,000) Dollars from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development to the City of Allentown for the Multimodal Transportation Fund Grant for the Center City streetlights and ADA Ramp Installation Project. (Total engineered cost estimate is $357,145, with a 30% project match requirement on grant funds. The City has committed $107,145 in CDBG funding to supplement the State award and complete the project. The project will provide funding for streetscape improvements (street lights, ADA ramps) on Gordon Street, between 6th and 7th Streets. This includes the replacement of 13 streetlights and installation of 8 ADA ramps.)
