Amending the 2018 Stormwater Fund Budget to provide for transfer to the 2018 General Fund to correct Stormwater expenditures that were charged to the General Fund in the first half of 2018. All funds were budgeted in the newly created Stormwater Fund for 2018. Due to 2017 rollovers and incorrect personnel distribution, the previous General Fund accounts were used causing a negative balance. There is no financial impact in the transfer.
