Authorization for Engagement of Professional Services with Faces International in the amount not to exceed of $25,000.00 to create and maintain a CED Plan website, develop and execute a social media strategy in conjunction with the CED Plan and work with the City and consultant on the CED Plan social media strategy, 3 bidders.The Contract shall commence upon full execution and shall cease on December 31, 2019.
