Amending the 2018 Solid Waste Fund Budget and Stormwater Fund Budget for a total combined supplemental appropriation of Thirty-three Thousand Nine Hundred Eleven Dollars and Twenty cents ($33,911.20) as a result of a grant from the County of Lehigh and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection for the Zika Pilot Program.
