Amending the 2018 Capital Fund Budget by transferring from Capital Project 1243 – Water System Security Upgrades to Capital Project 1227 – Automatic Meter Reading in the amount of Fifty Thousand ($50,000) Dollars for the continuation of replacing water meters. The Automatic Meter Reading project is one of the uncompleted projects under the Water/Sewer Lease Agreement with the Lehigh County Authority.
