Authorization for Contract with Pine Run Construction in the amount of $536,800 to obtain the services of a Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) Certified Contractor to remove or perform in-place closure services for the existing fueling station at the Municipal Garage. This project shall also include the removal or closure of two (2) 10,000 gallon underground storage tanks and replacement with two (2) 15,000 gallon above ground double wall fireguard storage tanks. All required Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) soils testing and closure documentation and reports shall be included – competitively bid, three bids.
