Requests all information on contracts and assignments for outside legal work and that the information contain but not be limited to the name of the attorney, issue, hourly costs and other associated costs, and reason for selected that firm/attorney; and that no outside legal work be sent to Norris McLaughlin & Marcus until Council conducts a review of current legal work assignments and procedures making such assignments.
