Amending Part IX, Street, Water, Sewer, Parks, Title 7 – Parks and Hamilton Street Regulations, Article 951, Park Regulations by clarifying rules for what cannot be brought into City parks, specifies the types of Other Power-Driven Mobility Devices that can be used by those with mobility impairments on shared, multi-use paths in Lehigh Parkway, establishes rules for the use of Dixon Street Dog Park and prohibits swimming in creeks that run through City parks.
Amendment needed/needs to be done at Council Meeting: 951.09 E, change 400 to 500 lbs and 55 to 60 dBA for OPDMDs.
