Council appoints Alexander W. Kiskeravage as a Patrolman, in the Department of Police, at a base salary of $55,379 per annum, contingent upon the candidate passing physical and psychological examinations as stipulated in the Police Civil Service Rules and Regulations and obtaining and maintaining a valid state certification from the Pennsylvania Municipal Police Officers Education and Training Commission.
