Amending the Codified Ordinance Part VII, General Offenses Code, Article 715, Nuisance Abatement by revising the Nuisance Abatement Board of Appeals to allow for alternates, and Section 715.07 by extending the amount of time in which an appeal hearing is to be scheduled and modifications to the appeal process.
