Authorization for a three year Contract with Arthur A. Swallow Associates, LLC for an estimated annual amount of $55,000 to provide a fully equipped two person survey crew, including transportation and electronic data collection equipment: competitive bid, multiple bidders and if agreed upon, the contract may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
