Amending the 2017 General Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Twelve Thousand ($12,000) Dollars as a result of a grant from the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission (PHMC) to fund a Historical Preservation Specialist Consultant to assist the City’s Historic Architectural Review Board (HARB). The grant requires a 5//50 match.
