Amending the Civil Service Board (CSB) Rules for Police Officers that were adopted pursuant to the provisions of Article 155 of the Codified Ordinances by revising the automatic disqualifiers for the hiring process, places the conditional offer of employment before the background investigation in the hiring process and reinstates the oral exam into the promotion testing process.
