Budget Amendment for 12/7
Note Council adopted a number of amendments at a previous meeting. There are two more actions.
Need a motion to waive waive Rule XXIII with regard to requirement to pass the Budget at a Meeting after the amendments are acted on by Council and to compress the time into one Meeting.
1. The overall salary increase for each non-bargaining positions shall be 3%'
2. Acceptance of Budget memos presented by the Mayor with the exception of provisions in conflict with City Council's budget amendments.
