Bill 73 EMS Fee Update
An Ordinance of the City of Allentown, County of Lehigh and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, amending the Emergency Medical Services ordinances by making City residents responsible for any balance due not covered by an insurance carrier for transport deemed not medically necessary by EMS staff beginning with the resident’s third use of this service.
Amendment: Change Stand By fee from 80 to $100
