Amending the 2016 Capital Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation in the amount of Two Million One Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Two Dollars and Ninety Three Cents $2,196,452.93 as a result of the Administrative Order Bond.
Amendment Adding Section Five to the Bill stating: Upon the affirmative vote of 6 members of Council the 14 day waiting period between introduction and final passed of this bill is hereby waived.
