An Ordinance of the City of Allentown, Council of Lehigh and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, establishing the Administrative Order Fund for 2016.
Amendment Adding Section Four to the Bill stating: Upon the affirmative vote of 6 members of Council the 14 day waiting period between introduction and final passed of this bill is hereby waived.
