Amending the 2016 Health Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Forty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($48,700.00) as a result of a grant from Highmark to provide for training and support to the Allentown Health Bureau in establishing a quality improvement and quality assurance plan to better serve the community and to meet the requirements for public health accreditation.
