Amending the 2017 Capital Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Nineteen Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety ($19,890) Dollars as a result of a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) for the students of Penn State to conduct an inventory off all the street trees within the City.
